The Faculty of Dentistry at the Indonesian Muslim University (FKG UMI) was established on April 14 2014 in Makassar, South Sulawesi. This faculty provides two levels of continuous education: the Undergraduate Dentistry Study Program (S1) and the Dentist Professional Program.
FKG UMI promotes excellenceherbal dentistry— the use of Indonesian natural materials in dental practice — as a hallmark of its science, and has received Superior accreditation from LAM-PTKes.
The clinical education process takes place at the Islamic Dental and Oral Hospital (RSIGM) UMI, a teaching hospital which also serves the general public through ten scientific departments of dentistry.
