In his presentation, the Chair of the UMI LPM explained the importance of updating SPMI equipment documents as part of the ongoing quality evaluation and development process. The SPMI tool document is the main reference in implementing educational standards, research, community service, and study program governance.

He also emphasized that document updates need to be carried out regularly to be in line with regulatory developments, accreditation needs, as well as demands for improving the quality of academic services. In addition, each study program is expected to be able to understand and apply quality standards consistently in all academic and non-academic processes.

The dean and deputy deans, chairman and SPMI team were given the opportunity to submit questions, input and obstacles faced in the preparation and implementation of SPMI documents in each study program.

Through this forum, it is hoped that a more comprehensive understanding will be created regarding the mechanisms for preparing, evaluating and reporting quality documents so that the SPMI implementation process can run optimally and sustainably.
